Crushing Poverty with Pop Cans

Did you know that your empty pop cans can be turned into nutritious food and warm clothing?

Volunteers crush the cans and sell the aluminum to a recycler. 

All proceeds go to support the Community Cupboard.

Please consider dropping off your cans at the church.

 

 

 

Do you live in an apartment building?  Perhaps you might even consider a simple method of collecting "empties" from your neighbours.  Ask your landlord or superintendant for permission to place a separate bin in your building's recycle room, along with this poster which explains the program.  (If you need a bin, or if you require assistance to transport the cans to Historic St. Paul's, please contact the church.)
