End of Season Tournament (1st)

This past Saturday, your Crusaders ball team played in the annual end of season tournament. We played 4 games. We won the 1st game, against the Silver Bullets 12-6. We lost the 2nd game, against the Phillies 8-5. We played the semi-final game against the Silver Bullets and won that one 15-4. That qualified us for the finals, against the Phillies. It was a battle, but we scored when we needed and our defence played another solid game. In the end, we won 12-9 and your Team Crusaders for the second year in a row, are Lans League B Division Champions!!!

Our year was full of ups and downs, but in typical Crusaders style, we worked together as a team, played the best to our abilities, and always supported each other in every game, win or lose. Thank you to Steve Klages our coach and captain who organized all that was needed to play in the Lans Baseball League. We also want to thank all of our fans and score keepers who came out in some extreme weather to cheer us on.

Congratulations Crusaders, on a another great season and we'll see you in May!
