End of Season Tournament [3rd]

On Saturday September 12th, your Crusaders played in the end of season tournament. We qualified again for the A division and faced the best teams in the league. It was an up and down tournament, where we made some great plays and strong hitting, but fell victim to giving up too many runs. In the semi final, we were back and forth against the Bench Warmers. However, in the end, one bad inning cost us and we lost 9-8.  On a positive note, even though we didn't win the end season tournament, we had a successful season. We finished 3rd overall in the regular season, won the A division of the mid season tournament, and were the only team that defeated the undefeated Royals all year. Thank you to Steve Klages for coaching and organizing everything, so we are able have a team in the league. Thank you also to all of the players who made this a memorable season! See you next May.
